This morning we had the pleasure of working with two of the funniest dudes—Anthony and Saia Fianga'a. The brotherly love certainly was extended in our direction as we made our way through one hell of a photo shoot. Jose Purdam (JP Photographic) was in fine form again, and in between all the mucking round, we managed to pull off some awesome shots... can't wait to see them after post!

We'll have more to share in the coming months with this project... look forward to seeing it come to life. For now, here is a little behind the scenes action.

Congratulations to ex-Ainslie player Jason Tutt on a sensational debut for the Western Bulldogs with four goals and 26 possessions. Tutty enters a small group of elite players to kick three goals with his first three kicks at the top level.

"I think the first one, the ball just ended up in my hands and I had a quick shot and it went through," 20-year-old recalled after the Dogs' 60-point victory over the Power.

"Then the next one went through and I was thinking 'Gee, this AFL footy is pretty easy really'," he joked.

Tutt finished with 26 disposals, seven inside 50s and four goals for the match, roaming the wings of AAMI Stadium largely unchecked.

Adelaide photographer Brianne Vracic has a way of capturing 'life in still' that makes you all 'warm and fuzzy'. Her combination of natural light, raw emotion and ability to capture moments in time make for awesome memories to share.

We had the pleasure of working with Brianne in developing a website and blog to showcase her skills. Check it out at www.lifeinstill.net.au

After a nice little collaboration with D'Opus & Roshambo on the duo's logotype, the boys holla'd at us for their fresh new website. They launched with a bangin', up-beat and uplifting video for their song aptly named 'Bring Happiness'. The boys self-produced, directed and edited the video—it features the world's coolest cities from Berlin to Prague and of course... Canberra!

This guy has nailed it. We're always amused by the hilarity of the poster hold.

Our good friend Jose Purdam was lucky enough to have one of his glorious sequence photos published as the centre pull out poster in the 2011 edition of freeskiers mag Powder Hound!

A game for gentlemen and not so gentle ladies, the Canberra Premier League (CPL) squash apparel design reflects the certain nostalgia of a time when etiquette and competition go hand in hand. Our throwback to the old-school monogram, shield of honour, and birds of prey couldn't have captured them better.

Just in time to start some new rivalries, we've just finished off the new CPL identity + kits. This weekend the CPL come up against the ugly cousins of the north, the Sydney Premier League SPL. They'll look good, and be winning anyway.

It was great to see the new Queanbeyan Tigers stripes we designed recently running around the NEAFL competition.

They're currently sitting in 3rd position on the Eastern Conference ladder of the NEAFL, at two wins and two losses ahead on percentage over the Giants. We wish them luck in their big challenge this week with their trip to Blacktown Olympic Park against the GWS Giants.

So please take five of your own to check out our new website.

Welcome to the Inklab inner circle, we have determined you as either a friend of ours (or someone who probably should be). We are an independent, multidisciplinary design studio based in Canberra, and we've been building up to this day for a good—let's say... 4 years. We'll spare you the dribble and invite you to see for yourself.

Enjoy, spread the love and let us know what you think!
