Challenge

Better Music have maintained a strong localised presence in the Canberra region for over 30 years. The business, systems and processes were all in place, however the growth was slow and the market ever-changing. With over 9,000 products of varied sizes, weight and shape, the challenge was to create a platform that was both robust and flexible enough to manage many varying products, whilst still driving sales and marketing.

Solution

We worked with Better music to revive their tired brand and help bring it into the digital age. We created a simplified monogram and logotype coupled with a more iconic blue, which was flexible and bold enough to work in print, physical and in-store. With such a great range of products, we developed a responsive online store to cater to a wide variety of customers. This simplicity and flexibility has created an easy to use shopping experience regardless of the device customers are using. By integrating the in-store experience with the online presence, we’ve extended their high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
